OUR MEMBER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The quarterly membership is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to other people.

2. The quarterly membership is only valid within 1 quarter.

3. Lessons not completed at the end of the quarter will expire.

4. If you are unable to attend, the lesson must be canceled via the Customer Portal at least 24 hours before the start of your lesson.

5. If lessons are canceled on time or canceled lessons due to public holidays they can be rescheduled within the current quarter.

A maximum of 2 catch-up lessons per quarter applies to canceled lessons.

6. The rider is responsible for rescheduling the canceled lessons. We have limited space, so it is important to reschedule the canceled lessons in time. These rescheduled lessons are a service and not a right.

7. We work with quarterly direct debits. If amounts are reversed, we will charge an administration fee of 10 euros.

8. Termination of the quarterly membership must be done in writing, the notice period is one month.

9. In the event of (longer) absence due to an accident at our riding school, the lessons missed will be refunded.

10. In the event of (longer) absence due to an accident outside the riding school, (for example skating, skiing, gymnastics, etc.) the tuition fee is not refunded. After all, we keep the space free for you! If you have any questions, you can always email us.


You can cancel or reschedule lessons on our Customer Portal.

LESSON AGREEMENT

We conclude a lesson agreement with all our clients in accordance with the model of the FNRS. With this you automatically become a member of the KNHS/FNRS and you will receive a rider passport. The provisions of the lesson agreement can be viewed below.

Horses are (flight) animals and this beautiful sport also entails risks. In order to limit the risks and to ensure that everything runs smoothly for people and horses, it is important to make good agreements with each other. Hestar has the certificate of the Safe Riding Foundation (Stichting Veilig Paardrijden) and is a member of the FNRS. This means that safety is our top priority and we are regularly checked for this.

PURPOSES OF THE DATA PROCESSING

If you fill in a contact or registration form on the website, or send us an e-mail, the data you send us will be kept for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail require for the complete answering and handling thereof.

Your personal data provided will be processed by us for entering into and performing our services and managing the resulting relationships, including publishing relevant information about activities and/or competitions (start lists).

Photos of members on which members are recognizable are only posted on social media with permission. If you have a relationship with our company, you have the opportunity to view your personal data upon written request. If the overview provided by us contains inaccuracies, you can request us in writing to change the data or have it removed.
