THE NEXT ESTATE IN THE NETHERLANDS

At Hestar, the Leidschendamse Jeugdmanege Foundation, everything revolves around our youthful riders and of course our ponies and horses!


Our foundation works on a non-profit basis, the pleasure of dealing with and riding our ponies and horses is always paramount.

Riding school Hestar is in possession of the Safety Certificate of Stichting Veilige Paardensport and has received three stars from the Federation of Dutch Equestrian Centers (FNRS).

Manege Hestar is centrally located in Leidschendam: near Westfield Mall of the Netherlands next to Hockey Club Cartouche and Tennis Center Overdam.


At our riding school we have different types of lessons for young and old. We regularly organize fun activities for our members!


Unfortunately, we have a long waiting list for new members!

CURRENT CORONA MEASURES


  • Group lessons may continue, 18 must be in possession of a CTB.
  • Spectators are allowed. From 13 years, a mouth cap and CTB is mandatory in the cafeteria.
  • Fixed seat required.

THE LAST NEWS


Recently, our volunteers have been working hard to renovate the small wooden carriageway.

A new roof, replacement of bad parts, removal of the old canteen and thus enlargement of the

lane, replacement of the bulkheads in the box, leveling the bottom, a new top layer and making a covered viewing area for the parents!

Kudos to everyone who made this possible: the handymen but also everyone who contributed to the crowd-funding campaign.
